Mrs. Marcia Brandon is a Youth Entrepreneurship Development Practitioner and has been the General Manager of the Barbados Youth Business Trust for 8 years. She was born in Kingston, Jamaica, but grew up in Mandeville, Manchester. Mrs. Brandon and her family moved to Barbados in 1992 where she continued her voluntary activities and now works and sits on the Boards of several social development organizations. She works very closely with several Caribbean countries in the area of Youth Entrepreneurship Development, as well as International Development Agencies. Marcia is presently pursuing an

MPhil/Ph.D in Social Development Policy in SALISES at cave Hill. In a relaxing mode, Marcia listens to jazz, reggae, plans home renovations and attends to her garden.
