Blossom Laidlaw is a Communications and Community Development Consultant with over 20 years of experience in the field of communications. Prior to consultancy she was the Public Relations and Communications Manager at JAMALCO, a company which she gave thirteen years of distinguished service. Her tenure at Jamalco was marked by a deepening in their commitment to making social reinvestment an institutional practice. An honours graduate from the UWI (Bachelor of Arts) with a MBA from Nova University Blossom has also worked with the Jamaica Broadcasting Company now Television Jamaica,

Workers Bank and Alcoa Minerals of Jamaica.

She has been on the membership board of the Mico College and Mico Foundation, the Inter American Foundation Conference for the Caribbean on Corporate Social Responsibility and the Caribbean Institute of Media and Communication (CARIMAC).
