Major General Robert Neish is Executive Director to the Digicel Foundation. Prior to this General Neish was the Chief Executive Officer of the Mona Rehabilitation Foundation for eight (8) years.
General Neish has spent 32 years in the Jamaica Defence Force and retired as Chief of Staff with rank of Major General. General Neish attended Munro and Jamaica Colleges; Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst and British Army Staff College.
He was awarded National Honour of Commander of the Order of Distinction (OD) and Air Force Cross (AFC). He has been a
member of various Clubs and Associations including, Chairman,

Island Council Jamaica Legion; Past President, Rotary Club of Kingston. He has also helped to organize Disabled Sports at the Sir John Golding Rehabilitation Centre. Major Neish is the current President of the Jamaica Paraplegic Association.
